Specialty Coffee Workshops in Alba

There are workshops that teach you a recipe.

And then there are those that change the way you look at coffee.

In May, we are opening the doors of our roastery in Alba for two exclusive brewing sessions. This isn’t just a class; it’s a deep dive into the physics of flavor, designed for those who want to stop “making coffee” and start crafting it.

Precision. Technique. Intention.

The goal is simple: to give you the tools to bridge the gap between a coffee enthusiast and a professional brewer.

The Experience: Brewing Session

Brewing is a silent dialogue between water and bean.

To master it, you need more than just a scale; you need to understand the why behind every movement.

During these 4-hour sessions (with 3 hours of intensive hands-on practice), we strip away the fluff. We focus on the step-by-step reality of professional brewing. From water chemistry and grind particle distribution to the nuances of extraction dynamics, we leave nothing to chance.

When: May 9th, 2026 – Alba

May 23rd, 2026 – Alba

The Details: Maximum 4 participants.

Duration: 3 hours of pure technique.

Price: €170 per person.

Small groups mean one thing: focus.

You won’t be watching a demonstration; you will be the one behind the kettle, guided by professional standards until the technique becomes second nature.

To ensure your journey doesn’t end when you leave the roastery, the experience includes a professional coffee brewing kit to take home. Your morning routine will never be the same.

Why a Workshop?

Because specialty coffee deserves respect.

Whether it’s a classic Typica or a rare Typica Mejorada from Costa Rica, a bean is only as good as its extraction.

A professional workshop teaches you balance.

It shows you how to highlight the floral notes of a high-altitude microlot or the clean sweetness of a honey process. It teaches you how to troubleshoot a cup that isn’t quite there yet.

In our Alba lab, we don’t just share recipes.

We share the discipline of specialty coffee.

What You’ll Master

The session is a journey through the variables that define a perfect cup.

Expect to work on:

  • Grind size calibration and its impact on clarity.
  • Temperature stability and extraction yield.
  • Pouring techniques: turbulence, timing, and flow rate.
  • Sensory analysis: identifying acidity, sweetness, and body.
  • Step-by-step brewing protocols for professional results.

No noise. No distractions.

Just you, the coffee, and the technique.

Secure Your Spot

Space is limited by design.

With only 4 spots per session, these workshops are for those who are serious about their coffee education. Whether you are a home barista looking to level up or a professional seeking more precision, these sessions in Alba are the place to be this May.

Choose your date.

Refine your craft.

Take the professional experience home.
